The alarm goes off early day after day so that you can run a couple miles before going to work. Maybe you arrive home from work worn and weary, but you still manage to find the gumption to lift some weights after dinner before calling it a day. Fitness is important to you.

Many Americans rightfully make fitness a priority in their lives. Maintaining healthy bodies only results from hours of exercise and the routine of discipline . . . daily, weekly, monthly.
